lotto 2023 WDSF World Breaking Championship - Leuven - Belgium

From Friday 22 to Sunday 24 September, the absolute world’s best in breaking will descend on Leuven. They will compete in 1-on-1 battles for the world titles in the Lotto WDSF World Breaking Championship 2023, some 10 months before the sport makes its debut at the Olympic Games in Paris. By the way, the winners in Leuven will automatically qualify for the Olympics. The ‘Unbreakable’ team is in charge of the organization of the full event. Besides the 1on1 World champs they will bring you many side battles, hip hop gigs and the Ill-Abilities theatre show. Registration for the side battles will happen here on and8. Registration for the World Championship itself needs to go through your NMB.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

At the 2023 World Breaking Championships, the highest placed male and female Breakers will both earn a ticket to Paris 2024. Qualification is subject an eligibility criteria and to the maximum quota place per gender per National Olympic Committee (NOC).

• OPEN 1vs1 Kidz Battle (birthyear 2006 or younger; Qualifier & finals on Saturday 23/09)
• WDSF World Champs 1vs1 B-Boy (register through your NMB)
• WDSF World Champs 1vs1 B-Girl (register through your NMB)
