International Break Dance Event (IBE) 2003

All Battles All Nations, Stand Up & Super Solo Battle
The history of IBE continued in 2003 with an "All Battles All" nation versus nation format and the year marked the beginning of the Super Solo Battles. However in 2003 IBE introduced another successful battle concept, The Stand Up Dance Battle. In this battle it's all about finding out who is the true King or Queen of the dance floor. All dance styles except Breaking are allowed. Every competitor does a short freestyle presentation to which ever music is played by the DJ. The Stand Up Dance Battle is one of the few dance contests were dancers from different styles like Popping, Locking, New Style, House or other Urban Dance Styles compete in the same competition.
