Laura Defretin aka Nala

Laura Defretin aka Nala is a Paris-based dancer who began to pursue her passion at the age of 6. She has since worked her way up the ladder in the international hip hop dance scene and at just 18 years old is fast becoming a global name. Nala is the only female member of French dance collective Criminalz crew and is a strong, feminine and unique in her style. She has participated in numerous shows and videos as well as big battles including Juste Debout and is determined to keep pushing to be the best. A vibrant performer, Nala's career highlights include competing against the world's best at the 2012 UK B-Boy Championships World Finals Hip Hop Battle and reaching the semi-finals. Nala is also a well respected teacher and is able to produce creative performance choreography.
