Red Bull BC One Canada Cypher 2016

With changes to Red Bull BC One this year resulting in the elimination of Regional Finals, we’re excited to announce that there will still be a Red Bull BC One Canada Cypher on Friday, June 3rd and Saturday, June 4th, 2016 in Toronto!

This year there will be an Open Qualifier Cypher on Friday night, open to any bboy or bgirl from across the country. From this Open Qualifier, 11 bboys or bgirls will be selected to compete against five bboys who have been invited directly to the Final the Saturday, based on their results from last year. The four semi-finalists from last year (Fléau, Styx, Phil and Switch B) and Illz, who competed as a Wild Card in the Regional Final in Orlando, have been invited directly to the Final. The Saturday night winner will go on to represent Canada in Nagoya, Japan with an opportunity to compete in the Last Chance Qualifier, which if the win, will earn them a spot in the Red Bull BC One World Final.

This year’s Red Bull BC One World Final will be by invitation, except for a Last Chance Qualifier spot that is up for grabs between the Cypher winners.
