Chairperson, overlooking the entire event, responsible for all rules and regulations obeyance by all Athletes
and Officials. Has the authority to change schedule, competition set-up and other parameters in accordance to
the WDSF-Rules and Regulations. Has the authority to reprimand, exclude and/or disqualify.
