The Free Spirit Festival is a five-day-long unique experience of Hip Hop culture, bringing together dancers of all levels and styles in Düsseldorf Tanzhaus NRW, Germany. It is the possibility for all the admirers of the Hip Hop street dance scene to get an intensive exchange of dance, knowledge and skills while training with Germanys best underground dancers. Free Spirit - means exploring the movement, opening your mind and sharing your passion for dance. It provides an excellent opportunity to get a well-rounded perspective on dance:

The Festival offers over 45 Workshops in Hip Hop, House, Popping, Locking, Dancehall, B-Boying, Krump, Waacking and Choreography for beginners as well as for professional dancers. Even if you have never danced before, the Free Spirit Festival will provide you with education, entertainment, music and the experience of making new friends in the worldwide dance scene.
Nonstop Jam Sessions, intensive Training and various conferences on Hip Hop and it´s culture with the teachers who give you individual advice, will help you to develop your own dance.
With 5 different events for each evening the Free Spirit Festival will be open to everyone – dancer or not. It doesn´t matter if you want to challenge yourself in Battle, exchange during Jams, listen to live music, present yourself and your crew or just simply want to have fun and party. There is something for everybody.
