At 13, Clauter Alexandre (alias Dr Step) began his career in the world of dance. Formed in the heart of the Flow-Rock crew, he stands out thanks to his very theatrical dance style, in harmony with the music. A born improviser, he quickly gained recognition in urban dance circles. For years, he has shared his doctrine and taught both on the island of Montreal and in its surroundings. He is a member of Flow Rock and Legz Crew; he is also the founder of Discipelz Crew. Self-taught and charismatic, he soon broadened his field of activity to theater and cinema. On television, we saw him in Taxi 22, in Lol and in Lance et compte. In the cinema, he notably played in La run, in Décharge and in N.O.I.R. He also starred in some Trois Accords music videos. Alongside his acting career, Dr Step hosts major international events, including Bust A Move at La Tohu. He also devotes a large part of his knowledge to the Inuit communities of Nunavik. The Hip Hop culture is an asset for the social work he does. In the metropolitan area, he is also called upon to give workshops on bullying in schools and conferences for parents of teenagers in difficulty.
