Welcome to Carinthian-X-Break 2019 in Feldkirchen (Carinthia/Austria). Carinthian-X-Break is an international Hip Hop Dance Competition. This Event is also a Wildcard event for the Red Bull BC One Cypher Austria and is powered by Funky Monkez & Kultur-Forum-Amthof.

Many Dancers and Artists come to show their skillz and make an exchange with other artists. We look especially at this and build the New Generation of Dancers. No matter how long YOU dance, everybody can participate at the competitions or support us and make a real good vibe!

PARTICIPATION RULES:

To know about the categories:

1vs1 Breaking Battle – This one is only for Austrians. Participants have to be minimum 16 years old. The winner will get a wildcard to participate at the TOP16 of the Red Bull BC One Cypher Austria on 13 April 2019 at Volkstheater Vienna (Austria).

• Preselection: 1 round per dancer (4 corner)
• TOP8: 1 round per dancer
• TOP4: 2 rounds per dancer
• Final: 2 rounds per dancer

2vs2 Mixed Style Adults Battle – Dancers must be 17 years and older. A team consists of 1 BBoy/BGirl and 1 Hip Hop dancer.

• Preselection: 1 round per dancer (show battle)
• TOP8: 1 round per dancer (max 1 minute)
• TOP4: 1 round per dancer (max 1 minute)
• Final: 1 round per dancer (max 1 minute)

4vs4 All Style Kids Battle – Dancers 16 years and younger are able to participate. Routines are allowed but not needed.

• Preselection: 1 round per dancer (show battle)
• TOP8: 1 round per dancer (max 1 minute)
• TOP4: 1 round per dancer (max 1 minute)
• Final: 1 round per dancer (max 1 minute)

The Workshop on Saturday, 23 March 2019 is Hip Hop (Open Level) with Maximus (Mad State Crew/Ukraine). We have limited places so HURRY UP and write an email to vasi_iancu@yahoo.de to reserve your spot! Workshop ticket (90 minutes) is about 20€.

The Workshops on Sunday, 24 March 2019 are Locking (Open Level) with Lockalita (One Step Ahead & Fusion Lockers/Austria) as well as Breaking (Open Level) with Fabez (Killabeat Crew/Argentina). Also here limited places so HURRY UP and write an email to vasi_iancu@yahoo.de to reserve your spot! Workshop tickets (60 minutes) is about 15€ each workshop.
