International Dance League 2021

Lovely ladies and gentlemen, boys, girls, party people, dance fanatics, and EVERYONE in between. The day has come! Start wiping the dust off your sneakers and shoulders and get ready to move and be moved. This year Dutch Dance League is back and our plans are bigger than ever. The new name should give you a hint of our ambitions. From now on, we’ll go by the name of International Dance League. We have officially moved ourselves from the street lights to the spotlights.

Are you ready to come out and get your mind blown by the best dancers of our time? This summer, we’re organizing a 2-week festival filled with the best moves, music, culture and excellent vibes. Taking place on different stages and squares across Rotterdam. All of this will lead up to the big event: The Grand Finale of International Dance League.

Thankfully, most restrictions for events have now been lifted. As we speak, our organization is working hard to make the magic happen. The team captains are getting warmed up to train and lead their teams of top notch dancers. If you click ‘attend’ on this event, we’ll keep you posted on the exact schedule and ticket sales. With Draft Pick (top 50) wildcards up for grabs for the best participants
The (international) travel and accommodation for the Draft Pick will be covered by International Dance League

Offline Qualifier Event: 28.08.2021
Open solo preselection and your second chance to qualify
Register in one of 5 music categories: Funk, Hiphop, House, Bass, Afro, Dancehall.
With 2 age divisions: Adults 18+ and teenagers 12-17

Draft Pick: 28.08.21
From the top 50 from the Qualifier, 30 will be selected for a team.
The team captains/coaches will choose members for their teams one by one

International Dance League provides dance studios, hostel stays, food, and covers travel costs for dancers from outside Rotterdam/The Netherlands.

The 72 best dancers will compete against each other in the Adult and Teenager divisions for a spot in The Final!

The top 4 teams in the ranking will enter the finals and compete for the title of International Dance League Champion 2021!
